Jennifer (Sinnett) Robison

After high school I went to Casper College for a semester and then I transferred to WWCC. I graduated from there in 2001 with my Associates Degree of Applied Science with emphasis in Office Information Systems. I stayed in Rock Springs for a year working as an Administrative Assistant for Wilson Supply and Jacobs Engineering. I then moved back to the Valley were I worked at Union Telephone Company. I stayed there for 4 years. I worked in the Engineering Department for 3 1/2 years and the Advertising Department for six more months. I learned a lot about Engineering and Advertising. Last year I decided it was time for a change, so I started taking courses to become a Real Estate Appraiser. I started working for Hughes Appraisal Service in June and then received my training license in December.

In 2002, while working for Union, I met my husband Brandon, we were married in August of 2004 and had our daughter (Zoey) in February of 2006. She is a such a sweetheart and a blessing to us. She keeps me going all the time. Her favorite thing to do is going fishing on the boat with dad. My husband and I really love being out doors. We spend most of our summer at the lake water skiing, tubing, trying to teach ourselves how to wake board, and fishing. We also spend time in the mountains on the 4 wheeler trails. Our winters are spent hunting and snowmobiling.
We are currently expecting our second child in October and we are in the process of getting our first house. We have been living in a 5th wheel for the last 5 weeks while the house is being finished. It will be another 3 to 4 weeks before we can move in. I can not wait to get out of the 5th wheel. This summer I don't think I will be doing much camping!

I hope you are all doing well and I look forward to reading updates on the blog!

Jennifer Bluemel

Hello everyone…..
After graduation I worked out at Little America for a year or so I guess, then went to Colorado to work construction. Yes construction. I was on an electrical crew as a "laborer". It was...interesting...shall we say.

After I had my fill of that I went to NY state to become a nanny for the first of two times. I was there during 9/11 but didn't last for long after it happened and ended a contract early to come home…..only to go back and work for another family about a year or so later. The second time around was much different from the first. They were both great experiences. I loved living near the city (NYC that is) and will never forget the first time I took the subway. I had a lot of fun and met a lot of great people.

While trying do decide what to do after that I had a friend suggest I try LA for a while. So I packed up what I could in my car and drove to Los Angeles. That was in March of 2004 and I am still here. I went to Bryman College and got a certificate as a Medical Administrative Assistant in 2005.

I work at a West Hills Hospital as a Registrar. I have worked in multiple departments including the ER, MRI, and our Women's center. I've been here 3 years. Currently I am in Radiology and liking my little office. It was at the hospital that I met Mike. We had our son Evan in August of 2007. He is quite the little boy. He has all kinds of teeth coming in and will be walking soon I'm sure.

Life is pretty good, and although I never thought I would say it, I miss the Valley.
I won't be able to make the 10 yr. Reunion but would love to hear from any and all of you.

Don't be shy

I know there are quite a few people who look at this. If you are planning to come to the reunion remember to RSVP.
Please plan to come to the reunion. I know class reunions get a bad rap, but really it will be fun to see people again.
Check the list of people that we don't know how to contact. If you know how to get a hold of them, let us know. It is getting to be really short notice, but some notice is better than none!

Amanda (Stephens) Downing

I cannot believe it has been 10 years. It sounds like everyone is doing well. All the pictures I have seen of everyone are so darling. I went to Utah State for two years and then I transferred to University of Wyoming where I finished my bachelors in Family and Consumer Science, with a minor in nutrition in 2003. Janell (Near) Langlois introduced me and my handsome husband Kalon Downing from Woodruff, Utah (Rich County) just three days after he got home from his mission. We dated for a year and a half and were married in August of 2002. We finished school in Laramie and then worked on a Ranch in Battle Mountain Nevada.
We traveled between his Dad's Woodruff Ranch and the Nevada ranch until we were expecting our first child, Jayken K. Downing, in June of 04. He is almost four years old now and our daughter, Faith Ellen, is now 19 months old. They are such a blessing and so much fun, but they keep me running. My husband ranches and works for his Dad in Woodruff now. He is also a PRCA saddle bronc rider and does mostly the Wilderness circuit. Someday we would like to go all the way and make the NFR, but family comes first. He is very talented at it. We recently built a home outside of Woodruff where we plan to stay for quite a while. My husband and I also host the Black Gold Cattle Co. Testicle Festival in Woodruff (Rocky Mt. Oyster). Ya, you heard me right. It is a lot of fun and we get a lot of people who come to our ranch rodeo and participate in the Rocky Mt. Oyster Dinner. We do a benefit auction and raise money for poeple who have had medical complications or in need of financial assistance. It is May 22-31 if any of you want to try and oyster!!! Our slogan this year is " Do you Dare have a Pair at our Cowboy far!" It's a lot of work, but a lot of fun as well. I am a stay at home mom and enjoy helping my husband ranch. That is where my heart is. We ranch and run about 80 head of our own cows, re raise bulls, and we show pigs and run the testicle festival, and a Laser engraving business. So we are crazy busy but I guess we like it that way. I cannot wait to see everyone.

Miranda (Rhodes) Van Horn

Hello everyone!! I can't believe that it has been 10 years!! After H.S. I went to Casper College and played volleyball for 2 years and then I transfered to the University of Nebraska at Kearney where I played for another 2 years and then graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Social Work.
I also met my future husband (who played football there) Justin Van Horn, while I was going to school in Nebraska. Justin is from Ft. Collins, Co. We married in 2002, and soon after moved to Cleveland Ohio for 6 months while he received training for a new job (his degree is in Industrial Distribution). After his training we chose to come to Utah where we have been ever since.
I worked as a Social Work Director of a large nursing home up until I had my first baby girl, Jaiden in 2005. I have been a stay at home mom ever since. I am currently expecting my second child (a girl we think) on May 21st.
I am currently living in Elk Ridge, Utah which is about 20 minutes south of Provo. Justin is still working for the same company that he was hired with right out of school.
I can't wait to see everyone at the reunion.

WOW! I can't believe it's been 10 years already. That's crazy! Well since high school, I've been around the Valley. Been married twice and also divorced twice. I have 2 girls my first is Mariah and she's 9 and my 2nd is Emma and she's 3 months. They are a blast to be around. We're doing good, everyone knows the Valley, not alot to do around here. I bartend at the Alley and have done that for over a year now. All is well and can't wait to see everyone.

Christina Moretti

After leaving Mountain View the beginning of my Sophomore year I graduated from Lyman High school. My heart always belonged to the class of 1998 in Mountain View. This class was everything to me. I have missed everyone and was lucky enough to have gotten back in touch with some of you or never lost touch with some. I do love the class that I graduated with but as some of you would remember I always made friends where ever I went. Remember the Kemmerer track team!! Well it continued even after I graduated from high school. I left for the United States Navy on August 11, 1998 and got out on March 11, 2005. My time in the service was the best. I meet some wonderful people that will always be very dear to my heart but I have to say the best thing that came out of my time in service was my daughter Olivia. She was born while I was stationed in Sabana Seca Puerto Rico. She is the cutest and you know that saying your mom always said "I hope you have a kid just like you" well I got her. I knew I should have been nicer in school....LOL Well we traveled a lot after that living in places like Florida, Mississippi and ending my career in Dahlgren Virginia where I worked for the Pentagon as a Satellite Communication Specialist. Lets just say that was fun. I moved back in March and thinking I was going to get a job somewhere quickly turned out to not be the case. But everything has worked out so far. I work as a EMT for General Chemical but am considering going back into the reserves. I miss the military very much and would give anything to go back. I guess that is why I am dating a United States Marine named Chris....funny I know. He is new to service and is over in Japan right now loving it very much. We haven't gotten to see each other since November but I am heading over there on the 15 May and look forward to my time there. I am very excited to see the land over there. Well that is all about me. I have had a very interesting 10 years and look forward to having many more.

Jay and I are living about 7 miles outside of Lyman. We bought a house on 5 acres last year and are loving it. Jay is working for Nix Construction and he loves it, its hard work
though. Im still at the jail and enjoy my job. We are raising dogs right now, we have two blue tick
coon hounds and a red heeler, but I'm pregnant so we are extremely excited
to start raising a child. Also, I did go to the University of Wyoming and
graduated in 2005 with a BS in English.

Emily (Hamblin) Klein

I moved to Star Valley Senior year, and actually graduated a Brave. (Yuck!) My heart and soul will always be a Mtn. View Buff. After high school, I attended Ricks College, where I was roommates with Janell. I graduated with an A.A. in Nutrition. I met my husband, Jake Klein, there, and got married the summer of 2000. We lived in Rexburg for 2 more years while he finished school at BYU-Idaho, and then we moved to Seattle, WA, where my husband is from. We have mainly been here ever since. My husband is a Financial Advisor, and I am a happy stay-at-home mom of 2 wild kids. Princess Taylee is 3, and our future football star, Rohne is 2. They keep me on my toes, and I try to appreciate every moment with them. We love the Great Northwest, and are always trying to get people to move out here too.

Janell (Near) Langlois

After high school I attended Rick’s College in Rexburg, Idaho (a very cold and forsaken college town). But the school was great! Emily Hamblin and I were roommates and we had a lot of fun. I graduated with my A.A. in General Business and went on to Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. I received my B.S. in Family Counseling with a minor in Business Management.

I married Paul Langlois, also a Wyoming native (Cheyenne), in December 2001. We have lived in Rexburg, Salt Lake, Provo, and we are currently living in Parker, CO (just south of Denver). We have been here for 9 months.

I worked as a social worker for the State of Utah for 4 years: 2 years as a caseworker for teenagers in foster care and 2 years as an adoption worker for children in the foster care system. When we moved to Colorado I decided that I wanted completely out of the social work scene and I am currently working as an assistant at a small company in Highlands Ranch, CO. It is a nice change.

We do not have children yet, but we are the proud owners of twin pugs, Lucky and Chika, who we treat like children.

Paul and I enjoy shopping (a dangerous hobby at times), outdoors, sports, traveling, visiting family, and hanging out with Paul’s cousins here in Parker.

Alvin Chapman

Hello everyone,

Has it really been ten years? Are we really that old? After high school I attended the University of Wyoming, played some football, learned some things and had tons of fun. I graduated in December 2003 with a B.S. in Health Sciences. I am continuing my post-grad education in that field and I am one semester away from my Master’s. I am currently based in Brisbane, QLD Australia. I am working as an international Health Consultant for a major British consulting firm. I enjoy travelling around the world and have been to some very interesting places and met some very interesting people. No lady has been able to convince me to settle down so I am still single. I love being active and never pass up an opportunity to try new things. Hope to see you all soon. Cheers, Alvin

Took me awhile to finally type up a profile, but here it is. I'm living in Denver, CO with my beautiful wife of a year and a half, Kendra. I'm in my fourth year of teaching elementary school and coaching HS basketball. I spent time getting my B.S. in Software Engineering from Weber State University in Ogden, UT and my M.A. in Educational Technology from Northern Colorado University. We have a cute Jack Russell puppy named, of course, Jack. We love playing sports, spending time in the mountains around Denver, and vacationing in Santa Fe, NM.
